I tried using peanut butter in place of almond butter and my bars didn’t set. Do I need to use the non-stir kind of peanut butter?

‘m a HUGE huge fan of your podcasts, your times’ articles, your facebook presence and your cookbooks. and that great show about spain’s food and travel that you did a couple of years ago. just wanted to let you know i tried the easy granola bar recipe from a few weeks back and it was tasty, but way way way too sweet. it might help to suggest that folks drastically cut the honey or at least be aware….that said, you should know that there are countless recipes of yours that i’ve tried over the years with huge success and glee….and shame on me for not letting you know sooner!
