    Yes! Mark you have finally done what I’ve been trying to do for years (for a different purpose, but all the same) As a family of 5 on one income we are all about stretching our "meat dollar." Now I’ll have to cook my way through Food Matters after I finish HTCE Vegetarian. Thank you, Mark.

    I made the Brown Rice and Beef Burgers with Spinach last night. Delish. Truly a strategic use of meat—not a mindless rehash of an old recipe. I’m gonna order the book today.
